Lesley Hatfield

Lesley Hatfield is a Partner in the firm as well as its Director of Business Development. Her responsibilities include working with the firm’s strategic partners, clients and prospects. Her role is to educate others about the value of long-term financial planning and the importance of a solid, diversified investment strategy. Additionally, she works with our existing clients to ensure that each client’s experience is the best it can be.
Lesley is a shining example of the Entrepreneurial Spirit. As a Business Strategist & Coach she has created multiple businesses in a variety of industries. Sharing her experience and expertise as a guest lecturer for university level business programs, Lesley enlightens students about the advantages of working for themselves. She has a passion for building a strong community of successful business people.

As the Founder and CEO of a nationally licensed company that produced moisture-wicking sleepwear for woman, she has been featured in media outlets such as O: The Oprah Magazine, The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Entrepreneur Magazine, Body Magazine, Ladies Who Launch, Health Magazine, Pregnancy Magazine, The View, CNBC, The Atlanta Journal and Constitution and The Today Show.

Holding dual degrees from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in Exercise Physiology and Sports Management, Lesley created a wellness consulting group targeting Fortune 500 companies, which promoted health and fitness in corporate America. Prior to that, she had a personal training business and built a large client base of both non-professional and professional athletes including Olympians.

Lesley is very active at the community level, serving on the board of the Fiesta Run for ALS Research at Emory University. She is also a member of several charitable and business groups in the North Fulton area.
Any chance Lesley gets, she is outside. Running, hiking, riding her bike or working in the yard are all sources of relaxation and fun for her. She and her partner in business and in life, Kevin Garrett, are the parents of 3 great kids, Lauren, Kevin and Jack, who keep her moving with sports and music lessons and science projects in the driveway. When she slows down Lesley enjoys yoga, photography, and experimenting with cooking with her family, friends and a nice glass of wine.
